  We recently purchased a2023Kia Forte from Jim Shorkey, Uniontown. Wehad agreat experience, Cole Swigunski was our Sales Consultant, hewent above and beyond toanswer all our questions, and did everything hecould tomake the process easier. Everyone that helped inthe process, including the finance manager. This isour third purchase from UniontownKia, wehave been very pleased!

  I bought aused car from salesman, Nate, less than amonth ago and while myhusband was driving home from work the car starting having electrical issues and stopped onthe side ofthe road. Hecalled Nate and him and the dealership took care ofeverything, thetow, the repair, and took care ofthe issue very quickly. They stood behind their car and really helped usout when they didn't haveto, itwas greatly appreciated. Great place tobuy.

  They ra joke never answer the phone inservice when ucall and when udo somehow bychance the doanswer the say the look atyour vehicle the next day 3days later still haven’t looked atit amonth and half later still haven’t got itback they tell you assoon aswe can doit Ibet it’s because going through insurance tofix itbut ifI was paying cash for the job itwould have been done months ago

  My wife took her car there for anoil change only and they did atire rotation and charge her for itand they told her her tires was bad had itchecked out and they are full ofit all they did was take advantage ofa woman will never goback nor will Iever send anyone there

  If itwere possible Iwould rate this dealership ata -5! The worst company ever, mybest friend took her car there because the ECM went bad inhercar. They had her vehicle for almost 6months they would not provide her aloaner vehicle and the her Mia was still under warranty. Finally they get the part they install itfor her togo pick upand when get gets there the tires and rim that were out inher car were not her and they said she needed afront end alignment which she just got one amonth before her ECM wentbad. Now ifthe ECM isbad why did they remove all 4of the tires and rims? Seems fishy tome…… – show

  JohnM. Helped meout with anEV6 purchase here. Ifilled out anonline inquiry over the weekend, hecalled mefirst thing Monday morning about the car Iwanted, and Idrove ithome Monday night. Car sales are crazy right now especially for electric vehicles. Many/most dealers are selling this car atthousands ofdollars over MSRP due tohigh demand and short inventory. John assured methat they would not mark itup, and that hewould hold itforme. Hewas good tohis word. Reasonable trade-inoffer onmy old car aswell. Thanks John!… – show
